Boaters welcome.  Arts and crafts classes at LBI Art Foundation; morning children's program and tennis. All 3 homes are dog friendly. Wireless Web, bed sheets,  towels and beach badges, Weber grill and propane provided.  Bicycle ride or walk to stores and restaurants. On Intercoastal waterway; great places to stop on your boat going to and from Florida.

Bayfront rental (renovated 1995) sleeps 12; has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, fireplace. Heated swimming pool. Handicap accessible including roll in bathroom with shower, access ramp in garage. 5 minute walk to beach. Gas heat and air-conditioning. Dog friendly. Wood burning fireplace. New floors upstairs. Professionally cleaned.  We provide linens and towels, beach badges, wireless, Weber grill and propane, etc etc. 

Sleeps 12: king in master bedroom on first floor facing north; queen in second master bedroom facing south on first floor; two twins and queen sofa in upstairs bedroom; two twins in second upstairs bedroom; two twins in third upstairs bedroom.  3.5 full baths plus outside shower.

Classic Loveladies modern built around 1970 and renovated in 2014; 50 ft heated swimming pool; sleeps 10; 4 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 1 block to ocean beach and tennis; lagoon access for swimming and boatdock. Electric heat and new Sanyo air-conditioning in each room, dog friendly. New kitchen, new floors upstairs and refinished downstairs. Professionally cleaned.

New 10x14 shade over patio. 

Sleeps 10:  king in master bedroom; another kind in 2nd bedroom; two twins in each of third and fourth bedrooms; twins pull together on platform bed to make a king.  Queen sleeper sofa in living room. 2.5 full baths plus outside shower.  All bedrooms are on 2nd floor.

Weddings and large parties: All three houses are convenient to wedding venues such as the Barnegat Light Fire House, Long Beach Island Foundation for the Arts and Sciences, and Bonnet Island, all of which can accommodate large parties. The LBI Foundation (609 494 1241) which is a short walk to the beach charges between $875 and $5000 for use of the art gallery for a wedding. You are welcome to rent one or all of my homes but we restrict the number of guests at each house to 20 and cars to 5 without special permission. We can not accommodate party tents.

Prom / Graduation parties:  Congratulations to the graduates. But.....  A parent must not only sign the lease but must be in residence the entire time and take legal responsibility for all the guests. A large security deposit is required to encourage the parent to be in residence the entire time and act "in loco parentis" for all who attend. My primary concern is the health and well being of the recent graduates.
